We are actively seeking a proactive US Outbound Sales Specialist to join our sales team. This role is essential in driving growth by generating leads, booking appointments, and supporting sales initiatives. Job Description
Lead Generation:
Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and using LinkedIn to identify and engage potential clients in the facilities maintenance sector.
Research and compile a list of target companies and decision-makers to build a robust sales pipeline.
Maintain and update an organized database of leads and prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads and ensure all necessary information is communicated effectively.
Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed.
Track and report on appointment-setting metrics, refining outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored sales strategies and materials that address the needs of facilities maintenance clients.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to effectively communicate the value of Atlas's services.
Utilize CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to manage leads, track sales activities, and monitor the sales pipeline
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities within the facilities maintenance sector.
Provide feedback and insights to the sales team based on interactions with prospects and clients to help shape sales strategies.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to facilities maintenance to enhance sales effectiveness.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to improve sales skills continuously and techniques.
Requirements
A strong 2 years experience in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in facilities maintenance, construction, or a similar industry.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize effectively.
Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Go High Level) and sales tools.
Tech-savvy and quick to adopt new tools and technologies.
Self-driven and results-oriented, with a strong desire to meet sales targets.
Background in facilities maintenance or a related sector (preferred).
Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and practices (preferred).
Experience using lead generation platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Outreach.io (preferred).
Experience with scheduling tools like Calendly (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (preferred).
