Summary of Role: As a Customer Success Manager at Swimlane, you'll drive customer satisfaction and retention for our enterprise clients. Your role involves building strong relationships, ensuring product adoption, and proactively mitigating churn. You'll collaborate internally, influence product decisions, and represent Swimlane at events. The base salary range for this position is $115,000-$135,000, dependent on skills and experience. Additional variable compensation opportunities will be discussed throughout the recruitment process.
