Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Content Designer to craft clear, compelling, and user-centered content that:

Improves ease of use and comprehension across product experiences
Drives positive metabolic health outcomes for our members
Powers engaging and informative AI interactions

This is a full time (40 hours per week) temporary contract position through August 2025.

Responsibilities

Ensure clarity, consistency, health literacy, and accessibility in all content design deliverables
Work on AI-tools to deliver clear, concise, empathetic, and personalized guidance to members
Partner with cross-functional teams to shape end-to-end user journeys aligned with business objectives and clinical/compliance requirements
Audit and update existing assets based on product initiatives
Contribute to user research to optimize user experiences and inform content decisions
Add to our style guide, voice & tone, and other guidelines
Advocate for content design best practices and contribute to a strong content culture
Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or a related field
Experience working for healthcare or healthtech companies
A portfolio showcasing user-focused content solutions
Passion for plain language, health literacy, and human-centered design
Experience with AI tools, prompting, and workflows
Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and make data-driven content decisions
Experience working in agile environments
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Experience using Figma, Atlassian, Zendesk, Survey Sparrow, is a plus
Spanish fluency preferred but not required
