We are seeking a Recruiter to perform full cycle, high volume recruiting including: permanent hires, interns, temporary roles and contingent/contract workers at our production and operations facilities.
Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will manage a requisition load typically of 30 requisitions and own the process from alignment meeting to close. You will execute best practices and ensure a positive experience for candidates and internal customers. This position is part of our Global Talent Acquisition Team and will work remote in Germany.
A typical day will look like:
Role Initiation: Conduct research to fully understand the role and labor market supply and demand. Prepare for and run in-depth alignment meetings. Partner with hiring teams to set expectations and build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
Job Marketing: Create compelling job advertisements and advertising assets and manage job postings on various platforms. Effectively promote the employee value proposition. Influence stakeholders to engage in promotion efforts.
Candidate Sourcing: Actively attract and engage top talent via techniques and tools such as candidate relationship management (CRM) systems, resume databases, Boolean techniques, recruiting events, social media, networking, employee referral programs and associate engagement.
Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and evaluate applicant qualifications by utilizing strong interviewing and assessment techniques.
Driving Process: Utilize data, knowledge and advisor skills to influence decisions, provide candidate and process recommendations to stakeholders, negotiate offers and close top talent.
Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide for best-in-class candidate experiences by connecting candidates to the mission and vision of our company, thoughtful planning, follow through, professionalism, and timeliness.
Stakeholder Experience: Serve as business advisor in line with consistent use of standard work.
Data Integrity: Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) updates and ensure all actions and data are completed accurately and timely for each applicant through the entire recruiting process. Understand and capitalize on the connection between effective documentation and root cause analysis to continuously improve.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Associate’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
Strong technical aptitude including MS Office Suite expertise (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Proven success in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and working with people at varying levels of an organization
German and English, speaking and writing at professional level as a minimum
It would be a plus if you also possess:
Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (we utilize Workday RMS) or CRM (we utilize Phenom People)
Experience in a high-volume recruiting role
Another European language
