Job description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team.

This fully commission-based role offers the flexibility to work from home and set your own hours, making it an ideal opportunity for self-driven individuals who thrive in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to successful placement, including negotiation of offers and onboarding support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database.

Networking and Business Development:

  • Expand your professional network to generate new business leads and opportunities.
  • Actively participate in online forums, social media groups, and industry events to build your personal brand as a recruitment expert.

Performance and Target Achievement:

  • Set and achieve personal targets for placements and commissions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of various industries and their hiring needs.
  • Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) certification.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software, social media platforms, and other online tools for sourcing candidates.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
