Job description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions in the recruitment database.

Networking and Business Development:

Expand your professional network to generate new business leads and opportunities.
Actively participate in online forums, social media groups, and industry events to build your personal brand as a recruitment expert.

Performance and Target Achievement:

Set and achieve personal targets for placements and commissions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of various industries and their hiring needs.
Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) certification.

Skills and Attributes:

Proficient in using recruitment software, social media platforms, and other online tools for sourcing candidates.
