Pavago is seeking an experienced and highly skilled LinkedIn Ads Specialist for our client, specializing in B2B marketing and content marketing. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of LinkedIn Advertising, including LinkedIn Insights Tags, and a strong background in HubSpot, Meta Advertising, Google Advertising, and attribution models. This role requires proficiency in setting up and managing workflows for forms, landing pages, opt-in pages, and utilizing workflow automation to track and optimize conversions. The goal is to provide precise metrics for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and other key performance indicators (KPIs) essential for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- LinkedIn Advertising: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive LinkedIn ad campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn Insights Tags to enhance targeting and performance.
- Campaign Management: Oversee B2B marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, and others, ensuring strategic alignment and effectiveness.
- HubSpot Expertise: Utilize HubSpot for creating and managing workflows, email automation, landing pages, forms, and opt-in pages. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing activities.
- Attribution and Analytics: Set up and maintain attribution models to track campaign performance. Analyze data to provide insights into CAC, LTV, cost per lead, MQL, SQL, and closed-won metrics.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create and repurpose content for ads, ensuring alignment with B2B best practices.
- Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows to streamline marketing processes and enhance lead nurturing and conversion tracking.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and other key metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and content teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.

- Certification: HubSpot Certification, Google Ads Certification, or any other relevant certifications.
