Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding our online music and podcast services, providing solutions and guidance.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training to keep updated on service features and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A strong enthusiasm for music and podcasts.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong organizational skills.
