What you will do:

  • Take ownership of the training process, work with large group of trainees
  • Create an engaging environment for trainees to participate and share/provide feedback
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Optimizing training processes for efficiency

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • Excellent English skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
  • 1-3 years of experience in Training Lead Role
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive, responsible and proactive attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Will be a great plus:

  • Knowledge of Klaus, Zendesk
