Job description

Remote position within Argentina, only. Contract Length: 6 months with potential for extension

Ryz is looking for a Product Designer to join one of our valued clients—a globally recognized leader in digital sports experiences, to help shape the future of their platform by designing seamless and engaging user experiences. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys turning complex ideas into intuitive flows, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative features to life.

As a key member of our client’s design team, you’ll be responsible for designing user journeys, crafting high-fidelity prototypes, and conducting usability tests to refine and enhance our product. Experience in native iOS and Android app design is a must, while expertise in game design and motion design is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do:

- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that drive seamless user experiences.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to conceptualize new features.

- Develop interactive prototypes in Figma to test and iterate on designs.

- Conduct usability tests, analyze results, and refine designs based on feedback.

- Ensure designs are optimized for native iOS and Android experiences with platform-specific guidelines in mind.

- Regularly evaluate existing features, identify pain points, and propose new ways to improve user behavior and engagement.

- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

- Game-Inspired UX (Bonus) – If you have experience in game design, help introduce engaging gamification elements to enhance user interaction.

- Motion & Micro-interactions (Bonus) – Leverage motion design to create delightful and interactive animations that improve usability.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user flow creation.

- Experience auditing and refining existing features to improve usability and engagement.

- Deep understanding of native iOS and Android design principles.

- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.

- Experience conducting usability tests and user research to validate designs.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative product environment.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.

- Bonus: Experience in game design, gamification mechanics, or motion design
