IT Analyst - Ecommerce, AGCO, Duluth, GA. Refine User Stories and Features. Provide methodical support in generating ideas with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts. Determine, document, check, coordinate, and manage requirements. Define acceptance criteria. Define integration points with other systems and communication of the effects of possible system changes in cooperation with other teams. Contribute to the definition of wireframes and visual designs. Support the global development teams in clarifying requirements. Provide visual representation of business processes. Provide support in estimating efforts for new developments and improvements. Participate and prepare agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Must have a Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Information Management, or related field and
6 months of experience in working with (i) Hybris (SAP Commerce) platform; (ii) B2B and B2C eCommerce solutions; (iii) B2B and B2C business process; and (iv) Content Management solutions.
Experience may be gained concurrently.
The position is eligible for remote work from any location in the central and eastern time zones.
Domestic and international travel is required 5-10% of the time.
