Power BI / Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Management:

  • Collect and manage data from Snowflake and other sources ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Clean and preprocess data to prepare it for analysis.

• Data Analysis:

  • Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
  • Develop insights from data that contribute to strategic decision-making and business improvement.

• KPI Visualization and Reporting:

  • Create and maintain complex KPI visualizations using Power BI that provide clarity and insights into business functions.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and generate detailed reports to communicate findings.

• Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analysis efforts with business needs.
  • Present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay current with the latest tools and trends in data analytics and visualization.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and improve data analysis methodologies.

• Proven experience with Power BI, including creating dashboards, data models, and DAX for complex calculations.
• Proficient in SQL with the ability to extract and manipulate data from Snowflake.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of statistical analysis and data manipulation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex insights clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align data analysis with organizational strategy.
• High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Experience in managing multiple projects, with strong organizational and project management skills.
