As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting our tax & payroll activities that comply with regional laws and promote our company’s financial well-being.

Your Day-to-Day 📅

• Strategic business partner for GM and Managing Directors
• Forecast monthly and yearly targets
• Accounting and Reconciliations for entities and business units to ensure accurate reporting in accordance with legal compliance and Company Policies
• Prepare, review, and approve payroll transactions
• Analyze compensation-related data such as bonuses and commissions
• Understanding policies and procedures to maintain effective internal controls
• Oversee AP/AR invoicing and billing
• Cashflow management
• Revenue controls
• Financial Consolidation

Required Skills 🎯

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, or related experience
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Accounting
• Familiarity with financial programs and software
• Excellent communication, attitude, and relationship skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent time management
• Adaptability
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Nice to Have 🌟

➕ Experience in Payroll and taxes is preferred
