Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week, 9 AM to 1 PM (4 hours per day, Monday to Friday) UK time

Job Description

Embark on a rewarding journey as an Administrative Assistant with a purpose-driven healthcare education organization. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in managing a wide array of tasks, from coordinating high-impact educational events to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate and document monthly committee meetings, capturing key decisions and action items
  • Serve as the communication hub, managing emails, calendars, and correspondence for the team
  • Play a pivotal role in organizing annual conferences and educational events that drive the organization’s mission
  • Craft professional emails and communications that represent the organization’s voice and values
  • Amplify the organization’s digital presence by managing social media content distribution
  • Create and maintain a robust digital filing system to ensure easy access to critical information
  • Act as a liaison between committee members, facilitating efficient task completion and information flow
  • Prepare and disseminate various internal and external communications, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged



Requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Proven track record of superior organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in digital tools for task management, communication, and collaboration
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly in non-profit or healthcare settings, is highly valued
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening meetings (around 7 PM UK time) as part of the role
