The Consumer Engagement Representative 1 will educate members on Center well Specialty Pharmacy via outbound and inbound calls, answering various questions regarding enrollment into Specialty Pharmacy. Providing price quotes, benefits of using the pharmacy, following call scripts, some clerical/backend work when completing enrollments, and other various tasks.

The Consumer Engagement Representative 1 contributes to business strategy by understanding benefit offerings to ensure enrollment success, identifying member education opportunities to drive maximum utilization of available resources, and directing clients on the use of available resources. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have customer service experience
  • Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs Word & Excel
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
  • Previous experience with assisting members via call center environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of call center experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Less than 2 years of technical experience

Schedule:

Flexible work hours to meet a 40-hour week; Daily hours can vary from 4 hours to 10 hours, typically spanning 5 days a week / Must work Saturdays

Hours:

*Daily hours worked can be selected during onboarding.

  • Closing shift 6:30am-5:00pm AZ / 8:30am-7:00pm ET
  • Saturday shift 5:00am – 11:30am AZ / 8:00am – 2:30pm ET

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$40,000 - $52,300 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
