Role Name: Pharmacy Associate

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM | New Jersey, USA (Eastern Standard Time - EST) 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Navigate pharmacy management software to track and process prescription refill requests
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure smooth prescription processing
  • Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and follow-up requirements
  • Identify and resolve potential prescription issues before they impact patient care
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Schedule and coordinate prescription pickup or delivery times
  • Document all communication in the pharmacy management system


Requirements
