The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join our Virtual Wards team in London. This role is crucial in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be conducting virtual consultations with patients, managing and reviewing medication plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes, providing expert advice on medication use and safety, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
