They seek a Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to assist in researching prospects, executing outreach, maintaining the sales pipeline, and keeping things running smoothly. Additionally, you will help with partnership efforts, marketing initiatives, and thought leadership tasks, including researching referral opportunities and events and supporting content creation for LinkedIn, X, and podcasts. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and results-oriented professional who wants to understand what it takes to build a thriving B2B business that is scaling D2C brands faster than anyone else in the game. What You'll Do
  • Accountability & Task Management:                  
  • Help break long-term goals into actionable weekly and monthly tasks.                
  • Conduct check-ins to review progress and realign priorities.                        
  • Provide reminders for deadlines and ensure alignment with company objectives.            
  • Email & Calendar Support:                  
  • Organize and prioritize communications for the CRO.               
  • Draft and send emails on behalf of leadership as needed.                  
  • Optimize schedules for meetings, deep work, and strategic planning.                
  • Prepare agendas and briefing documents for key meetings.                
  • Client Onboarding & Satisfaction:              
  • Assist with onboarding by coordinating schedules and sharing materials.                   
  • Ensure a seamless and professional experience for new clients.             
  • Tool & Vendor Coordination:                  
  • Use tools like Slack, Notion, and ClickUp for task and project management.                        
  • Manage and update sales tools while coordinating with internal and external resources.                 
  • Stay up to date on tools that improve efficiency and execution.                       
  • Social Media Strategy:                 
  • Monitor trends and create content ideas to position leadership as a thought leader.                  
  • Collaborate with vendors for content creation and optimization.                    
  • Manage content calendar with relevant vendors.                    
  • PR & Media Outreach:                
  • Research podcast opportunities and speaking engagements.              
  • Assist with outreach and preparation for media appearances.                  
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:                  
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Valley, Clay, and HubSpot to research and compile segmented prospect lists.                      
  • Automate data enrichment workflows for efficiency.                   
  • Identify decision-makers in D2C brands, VC firms, and high-growth startups.                
  • Monitor industry news, funding updates, and competitor activity for new opportunities.           
  • Cold Outreach & Follow-Up:                   
  • Support the CRO in crafting and executing personalized cold email campaigns using automation and analytics tools.                    
  • Assist with multi-channel outreach strategies via LinkedIn and email.                    
  • Help schedule follow-ups and optimize messaging based on performance metrics.                   
  • Pipeline Management:                
  • Maintain and update HubSpot CRM to track prospect interactions and pipeline health.              
  • Ensure qualified leads are ready for handoff to Account Executives.                
  • Provide reports on outreach activity, responses, and meetings booked.                    
  • Referral Partner Support:               
  • Build and maintain a database of referral partners in D2C marketing, VC, and related industries.                     
  • Assist in partnership meetings by preparing agendas and tracking action items.                   
  • Event Research:                  
  • Identify high-value conferences, trade shows, and networking events.                   
  • Support pre-event preparations, including researching attendees and creating networking plans.

  • This is a full-time, long-term position.               
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.          
  • Work from home.           
  • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST.
