Requirements:

• 2.5+ years professional experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing conceptual design, development, and documentation expertise.
• Proficiency in architectural drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Strong design sensibility and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Thorough understanding of architectural principles, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods.
• Project management skills, including the ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Preferred: experience with Buildxact, or willingness to undergo training.

Core responsibilities:

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions for residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project goals, requirements, and design objectives.
• Prepare preliminary sketches, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
• Refine design iterations by incorporating feedback, technical requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Create comprehensive construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, to guide construction teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining communication, providing updates, and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Estimating builds via Buildxact - training provided.
