As a SMB Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within the small-to-medium business (SMB) segment. You will manage a high volume of sales opportunities, engaging prospects through outbound and inbound efforts, conducting product demos, and closing deals efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for small-to-medium business (SMB) clients.
Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries.
Conduct product demos and effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
Develop strong relationships with business owners and key stakeholders.
Achieve and exceed sales quotas by closing high-velocity deals.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM tools.
Provide feedback to product and customer success teams based on customer insights.

You have a founder mode mindset, with experience building and scaling products or companies from zero to one.
You have deep experience in AI, SaaS, or B2B environments.

Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong prospecting and closing skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-energy sales environment.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation software.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
