This role is essential in shaping and guiding strategic decisions within Human Resources. This position utilizes a blend of analytical, technical, and operational skills to create, deploy, and oversee business intelligence solutions that provide critical insights to HR leadership. Daily tasks may involve developing, implementing, and maintaining sophisticated reports and BI platforms, as well as analyzing data to uncover trends and opportunities in business processes. Furthermore, the analyst will play a key role in setting the strategic direction for BI tools and processes in HR.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development, execution, and management of advanced reporting
Compile and QA data utilized for periodic scheduled and ad hoc reporting
Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies
Identify trends that will help managers and executives make business decisions to improve outcomes/processes in the organization.
Develop deep understanding of data contained within multiple systems and detailed understanding of multiple HCM Cloud application modules
Work with end users to translate business requirements into technical requirements for advanced custom reports
Perform ad-hoc analysis to find solutions to business inquiries
Provide insight for process improvements across functional areas
Act as a liaison with co-workers on technical and data specialist teams to address issues
Develop and execute testing plans prior to the release of new reports.
Perform annual review of reports and dashboards for relevancy and enhancements
Participate in cross-functional projects that address key business initiatives.
Serve as resource and mentor for Associate and Intermediate roles.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting or a related field required and 3 years of experience with business intelligence tools such as Cognos, OTBI, BI Publisher, Cloud Analytics and complex data analysis required.
OR High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of experience with business intelligence tools such as Cognos, OTBI, BI Publisher, Cloud Analytics and complex data analysis required.
Advanced level of computer and Excel skills required.
Human resources/recruitment knowledge is preferred.
Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders preferred.
