What You’ll Do: 

 

As our Business Intelligence Analyst in Applied AI, you will empower our teams to work smarter through innovative automation and data-driven insights by leveraging a combination of modern AI and traditional analysis tools. Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, you’ll work closely with our leadership team to drive high-profile projects that align with our technology and business goals.

  • Prompt Engineering & Workflow Automation:
    Leverage prompt engineering to automate workflows using generative AI tools to streamline internal operations.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Productionization:
    Quickly iterate on workflows, moving from rapid prototypes to scalable, production-ready solutions.
  • Custom AI Model Development:
    Develop and fine-tune custom GPT models that support internal business intelligence and enhance decision-making processes.
  • API & Data Integration:
    Integrate with data sources and systems using various frameworks and protocols like RESTful APIs, ensuring effective handling of JSON, XML, and other data formats.
  • Business Intelligence & Data Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth data analysis, manage data pipelines, and create actionable insights that drive business improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with executive leadership and key stakeholders to plan, execute, and communicate strategic AI initiatives that uncover new business opportunities.


 

What You’ll Need:


Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years in a data-driven role (data scientist, business analyst, or similar) with a track record of implementing innovative technology solutions.
 

Technical & Domain Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in T-SQL
  • Hands-on experience with integration frameworks such as Zapier.
  • Familiarity with generative AI platforms (e.g., N8N, Stack, LangChain, or CrewAI) and an ability to leverage these tools to develop custom solutions.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and data manipulation techniques.
  • Experience with quickly iterating on GenAI solutions and productionizing prototypes.
  • Ability to manage, analyze, and visualize data
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical insights and business impact, paired with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and a proven ability to thrive in a startup environment

The estimated base salary range for this role is $115,000-130,000/year in addition to an annual bonus based on individual and company performance. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all of these factors. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
