Job description

We are looking for a Service Sales Intern to join us for summer 2025!

As a Service Sales Intern at Fluke Reliability, you will support key initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and enhancing profitability through our comprehensive service offerings. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to engage directly in the strategic expansion of our service business, making it ideal for students passionate about business development and customer relationship management.

What You’ll Do

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Assist in developing and executing detailed sales plans to meet or exceed service revenue targets and strategic objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Identify and prioritize potential target accounts and market segments, leveraging detailed analyses to pinpoint high-value service sales opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct needs assessments with customers, delivering compelling presentations to showcase the value of our maintenance contracts, support agreements, and service subscriptions.
  • Lead Generation: Initiate contact with potential customers to generate interest and develop leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between potential clients and senior sales team members, ensuring a smooth transition and preparing briefing materials to facilitate productive discussions.
  • Prospect Nurturing: Engage in ongoing communications with potential clients, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline by providing information and updates on our service offerings.

Pay Range

The hourly range for this position (in local currency) is $20-$40/hour.
