ATIVIDADES

  • Coletar, analisar e interpretar dados de vendas para identificar tendências, padrões e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Criar e manter relatórios e dashboards que forneçam insights acionáveis para a equipe de vendas e a liderança da empresa;
  • Colaborar com as equipes de vendas para revisar, otimizar e documentar os processos de vendas;
  • Identificar áreas de ineficiência e propor soluções para melhorar a eficiência operacional e a experiência do cliente;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua nos processos, sistemas e práticas de vendas;
  • Otimizar a utilização das ferramentas do time comercial.

REQUISITOS

  • Excel avançado e/ou outras ferramentas de análise de dados;
  • Ótimas habilidades com análise de dados e construção de relatórios;
  • Familiaridade com Processos de Vendas:
  • Boas relações interpessoais e dinamismo;
  • Diferencial: Conhecer sobre ferramentas de CRM;
  • Diferencial: Ter familiaridade com KPIs de vendas: CAC e LTV.
