Overview / Summary

We are looking for a Support Analyst who will do 1st/2nd line support, solve tickets and use the technologies QlikView, Power BI and Tableau.

Mandatory

  • 3+ years of experience with QlikView (mandatory)
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud (valued)
  • Very good knowledge of IT Systems, Platform Security and Data Security Guidelines
  • Very good English in writing and talking
  • Strong communication skills.

Plus

  • German language skills
  • Good understanding of platform management concepts
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural team
  • Ability to identify synergies and potential optimizations and to communicate those.
