Role Overview

Sales / Client Relationship Manager will play a key role in managing client relationships, onboarding new clients, and driving business growth. This position requires a deep understanding of the payments industry, excellent client management skills, and the ability to represent the company at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote services and acquire new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the payments industry.
  • Proven experience in client management, onboarding, and support.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for fintech and payments.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and industry events.
  • Fluency in English is required; Native Russian is required.
