🔍 What You’ll Do

Conduct market analysis (size, growth, and share) by product line and identify trends and insights.
Standardize and manage databases for Latin America, improving automated processes across the region.
Consolidate and analyze sales revenue performance across 4 sub-regions (Brazil, Mexico, South Cone, and LADEX).
Maintain and run business-as-usual reports and codes, ensuring timely deliveries.
Analyze sales reports by market, product line, client, and business/pricing initiatives.
Develop action plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Lead Category Management projects, supporting the commercial team with data-driven insights.

🏆 What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial/Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in consumer goods, consulting, retail, or related industries.
Strong ability to interpret macroeconomic scenarios and create strategic presentations.
Advanced English (required for global interactions).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint – Intermediate level).
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau).
A collaborative mindset and a strong team player.
