Our mission is to drive better clinical and health outcomes through decision-making informed by highly relevant information, data, and analytics. We empower healthcare providers, consumers and payers with trusted content and services delivered through Everyday Health Group’s world-class brands.
The Opportunity
Everyday Health Group is looking for a Data Operations Analyst who will be an integral part of the data operations team, working to ensure smooth day-to-day execution of programmatic campaigns. You will support campaign pacing, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in the maintaining and management of Domo dashboards and data segmentation for our audience and data sales initiatives. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing inventory availability requests to ensure ad inventory is optimized for both internal and external sales efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about data operations and campaign efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Trafficking & Pacing: Assist the trafficking team in managing the daily execution of programmatic campaigns. Monitor campaign pacing to ensure they stay on track to meet client goals and KPIs.
  • Performance Tracking: Help track, report, and analyze campaign KPIs (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions) and provide insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Audience Activation: Support the development of audience segments for internal and external data usage. Create, maintain segments and provide reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Review performance data of audience extension campaigns, ensuring metrics such as delivery, pacing, and KPIs are accurately tracked and communicated to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Forecasting Requests: Help manage and fulfill inventory requests by working closely with internal teams to ensure ad inventory is aligned with client needs and campaign goals.
  • Optimization Recommendations: Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaign delivery, targeting, and ROI.
  • Domo Reporting & Dashboards: Maintain reporting dashboards to monitor and visualize campaign performance, inventory usage, and KPIs. Ensure the quality of new and existing dashboards and datasets by troubleshooting and performing quality assurance tasks, with a focus on new reporting products and campaigns.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in programmatic media buying, trafficking, or digital media analysis.
  • Proficiency managing interactive reporting dashboards and visualizations in business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with Data Management Platforms (DMPs) for audience segmentation and management.
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising metrics (impressions, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and experience with data visualization tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Experience with programmatic buying platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Deep Intent etc.) and ad operations tools (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Doubleverify, IAS).
  • Solid understanding of how audience data is segmented and activated for targeting in both programmatic and direct sales environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
