We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple construction projects aimed at expanding Transformations Care Network’s outpatient mental healthcare clinics. This role will involve overseeing the development of new clinic locations as well as ensuring the ongoing success of existing facilities. The Senior Construction Project Manager will be instrumental in ensuring that each project is executed efficiently, on time, and in alignment with our organization’s growth objectives.

The Senior Construction Project Manager’s role has three main pillars:
Project Management
Provide construction management duties for multiple new clinics, relocations, expansions and special projects
Manage budget, schedule, and quality of construction projects to ensure company goals achieved
Retain and manage architects, engineers, and general contractors
Oversee architect in preparing construction documents
Review construction documents for accuracy and coordination with clinical operations, company standards, and state regulatory compliance requirements
Supervise application process for all permits and municipal approvals
Coordinate with landlord and landlord’s general contractor in the construction of lease-required items and/or on turnkey deals
Obtain, negotiate, and accept construction bids and drive the entire build-out process
Visit job sites on during construction to ensure on-time completion, budget cost control, accuracy and quality of work achieved
Review, authorize, and submit payments from contractors
Ensure construction-related lease requirements and deadlines are met
Ensure timely completion of punch list items
Retain and manage furniture, fixtures, and equipment vendors to ensure economical pricing, consistency of brand standards, and on-time delivery
Management
Build and lead in-house project management team to align with growth strategy
Support management of outside project management vendors to achieve project management objectives (above) and develop best-in-class processes to reduce time and cost requirements
Communication with Stakeholders
Establish construction timetables and communicate with appropriate internal parties
Coordinate clinic handover to operations and rectification of punch list items
Track project costs and process invoicing on a weekly basis
Keep internal stakeholders informed through weekly meetings and Salesforce updates
Support Pipeline Growth
Assist the Real Estate group in assessing new site feasibility, including creating target budgets and schedules for new projects
Collaborate with internal leasing team to review and negotiate lease language for landlord work
Required Skills/Knowledge
Comprehensive and Construction Management skills, including extensive experience reading plans, generating and analyzing budgets, creating and maintaining schedules, and negotiating with contractors.
7+ years of experience in the field
Self-starter with willingness and ability to excel in deadline-driven, high-volume environment
Highly organized and detail oriented
Comprehensive Project and Construction Management skills
Management experience preferred
Technical competency with computer skills and software
Familiarity with National Building and Fire and Accessibility Codes
Familiarity with leases and lease terminology
Maintain high level of ethical standards.
15-25% travel
Geography
On EST so they can communicate with most contractors, etc. who start their days early
Live near an airport with direct flights to our markets
