Job description

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong focus on cost optimization and cloud infrastructure efficiency. This role is critical for analyzing AWS environments, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and improving system reliability while maintaining performance.


The ideal candidate has a solid DevOps/SRE background, hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, and FinOps best practices, and a strategic mindset for cloud cost management.


Mandatory Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
  • Strong AWS experience (EC2, ECS, ElastiCache, AWS Cost Explorer, AWS Cost Reporting).
  • Hands-on Terraform experience in infrastructure management.
  • Experience with FinOps principles and cost analysis tools.
  • Ability to debug issues in Go and Python (AI-related projects).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with existing reporting to drive cost optimizations.


Bonus Skills:

  • Magento / eCommerce Understanding: No need for development experience, but understanding eCommerce systems and how they impact infrastructure is beneficial.
  • Security Awareness: While there is a dedicated security team, having security knowledge (DevSecOps) is a plus.
  • New Relic Experience: Useful for monitoring system performance and cost tracking.
