This role is based out of Prague, with office attendance required three times per week.

Within the group, Nobel Biocare is an implantology business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative. In this role you will be responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.


What is your role going to look like:

  • Together with 7 team members you will be supporting the market for Benelux.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial team.
  • Big part of your day will be order management – receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in SAP.
  • You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.
  • You can expect receiving requests primarily via phone or email (CRM).
