Job description

Hi 👋 I’m Beth, the Director of Partnerships at Pinpoint.

We’re a high-growth, bootstrapped HR-tech start-up building and selling software that helps in-house recruitment teams attract, hire, and onboard the right talent. Today, we have a strong foundation in place, with a mature product, strong product-market fit, and happy customers.

Partnerships play a crucial role in our growth and long-term strategy. With a thriving and expanding network in the UK, we’re seeking a UK Partnerships Manager to strengthen relationships, accelerate growth, and enhance impact

In this role, you will manage and grow our UK referral partnerships, focusing on driving revenue, lead generation, and measurable impact. You’ll manage the full partner lifecycle, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring high-value engagement with our established network of 300+ partners. While there will be some new partner acquisition and inbound management, the majority of your time will be spent maximizing the success of existing partnerships.

The fine print (but way more exciting):

  • This is a UK-based, remote-first role with in-person team meetups a few times a year. Our HQ is in Jersey, UK, and our 70-person remote team spans the UK and US.
  • You’ll work alongside me, the US Partnerships Manager, and the Partner Marketing Manager.
  • Our partnerships function is well-established, with around 300 partners—200 of which are UK-based and managed by this role.
  • Our partner ecosystem has three tiers, with Tier 1—our most valuable partners—being your top priority. You'll also nurture Tier 2 for growth, while Tier 3 is managed largely through automation.
  • Our values shape how we work. If they resonate with you, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

  • Own and grow our UK partner network, managing a high volume of existing partnerships while identifying and onboarding new referral partners.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with UK partners, ensuring consistent lead generation and high-quality client experiences.
  • Become a true partner expert. Understand their products, spot collaboration opportunities, and recommend solutions for customers.
  • Prioritize what moves the needle. Focus on high-value, revenue-generating partners while ensuring top-tier partner satisfaction.
  • Know when to pull in internal teams. Navigate resources effectively to support partners and their clients.
  • Set crystal-clear expectations. Ensure smooth communication and strong, long-term relationships.
  • Execute (and evolve) our partnership strategy. Work within an established framework but adapt when needed.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience managing a high volume of accounts, partnerships, or external stakeholders—AM, CSM, or Partnerships backgrounds welcome.
  • TA/HR Tech or ATS-related experience—you understand the industry, its challenges, and customer needs.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through partnerships, referrals, or client growth.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented—you juggle multiple partnerships, coordinate across teams, and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Strong relationship builder. You engage with everyone—from senior execs to operational partners—both virtually and in person.
  • Execution-focused mindset. You get things done, refine processes, and drive measurable impact.
  • Thrives in a high-growth, bootstrapped startup. You’re used to moving fast, figuring things out, and taking full ownership without waiting for direction.
  • Based in the UK, with the flexibility to meet partners face-to-face when needed.
  • Proven history of actions and decisions that demonstrate our core values in practice
