Summary

The Strategic Partnerships Account Manager is the primary contact for CSN’s Key Vendor and OEM accounts in the U.S., reporting to the Director, Strategic Partnerships. This role focuses on strengthening partnerships, leveraging CSN’s scale to enhance contracts, and making CSN an attractive network for Collision Centers. Key responsibilities include analyzing account performance, building and maintaining strategic partner relationships, reviewing financial reports, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize partnerships.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Proactively host meetings with key strategic partner contacts to; educate them about CSN, understand their programs, uncover potential market opportunities, and to explore OEM and Vendor incentive programs
  • Regularly schedule meetings with key contacts, using a tracking system
  • Document and keep current CSN’s US OEM and Vendor key contacts within the provided CSN systems
  • Attend various OEM, Vendor, and Industry events, meetings, and conferences throughout North America.   Representing CSN with integrity and professionalism
  • Work with and support the Director, Strategic Partnerships, to conduct regular performance reviews with accounts
  • Document and keep current CSN contract and renewal dates
  • Obtain, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting from CSN partners
  • Maintain important strategic partner information in the CSN Licensee Portal, CSN Licensee Policy & Procedure Manual and CSN Learning Management System
  • Work with the CSN Communications team to produce communications and announcements, as needed, to key contacts and CSN Shops
  • Create efficiencies and support the exchange of information between CSN partners and the CSN shops.
    Primary Objectives of the Role
  • This role is primarily dedicated to representing CSN as the key point of contact with assigned U.S OEM and Vendor accounts.  This role is responsible for addressing and monitoring account/Licensee inquiries, concerns, and performance while updating data in the CSN CRM and other business management systems used by CSN and it’s partners.  

Vendor & OEM Partnership Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and OEM partners. Concentrating on creating value to both the CSN Licensee and the CSN Partners.  Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day account management and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement account strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide proactive account management, ensuring satisfaction with services/products and needs are met.

Financial Reporting & Performance Analysis:

  • Schedule/Regularly review and analyze financial performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships. Identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas to increase profitability and revenue. Ensure that contractual terms and incentives align with the company’s objectives.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliverables, ensuring all partners meet agreed-upon targets. Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights to senior leadership.

Strategic Growth & Contract Negotiations:

  • Working with the Director, Strategic Partnerships, this position will use the company’s increasing scale to negotiate better contracts, terms, and incentives with existing and potential partners. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies for maximizing revenue growth through partnerships.

Regular Update Meetings and Industry Engagement:

  • Schedule and conduct regular update meetings with partners to discuss performance, address challenges, and explore new opportunities for collaboration. Provide reports on account health and recommend actionable steps for improvement.
  • Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and meetings to stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor strategies, and best practices. Build a network of contacts and partnerships that can benefit the company’s long-term goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, finance, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless alignment of partnership strategies with broader company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field OR equivalent 2-3 years of experience in strategic partnerships, account management, or business development.
  • CRM experience would be an asset, specifically, Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Previous experience in account management is preferred.
  • Previous experience in automotive or collision fields would be an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, (Excel, PPT. Outlook, Teams)
  • Must have a valid Driver’s license and in good standing

Work Environment and Requirements

  • This role is hybrid position working between home as well as from our corporate office, depending on the physical location of the candidate who is selected

Travel requirements

  • Travel outside of the local area may be required for 20-25 days per year.
  • Travel requirements may include overnight stay and long-haul flights
