Job description

For our Client, an optical distribution company, we are looking for a Key Account Manager experienced in B2B sales in the optical area, especially in sales of contact lenses.



Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales in the optical industry - a necessary condition
  • Ability to build lasting business relationships - you easily establish contacts and are able to convince the client to cooperate
  • Willingness to acquire new clients - you independently plan and implement sales activities
  • Knowledge of English – at least at a communicative level, allowing for easy cooperation with foreign partners
  • Ability to conduct negotiations and close transactions – we are looking for a person who works effectively and consistently
  • Readiness for business trips – some clients require personal meetings
  • You have experience in the optical industry or related sectors – you know how this market works and how to build relationships with clients
  • You can think strategically and analyze the market to effectively develop sale


Responsibilities:

  • Developing a network of clients - building relationships with optical salons and distributors and developing sales in Poland and Eastern European countries
  • Selling laboratory lenses - supporting customers in choosing the best solutions for their business, based on your knowledge and experience
  • Creating and implementing sales strategies - real impact on the development of the brand and increasing its market share
  • Negotiating and finalizing transactions - effectively closing sales and building long-term relationships with customers
  • Representing the brand on foreign markets - building its recognition and strengthening its position in the optical industry
  • Analyzing sales results - drawing conclusions and optimizing strategies to make each subsequent one even more effective
  • Meeting with clients and traveling - the best business relationships are created in direct contacts
