Requirements:

  • Good understanding of accounting rules
  • Previous experience in Record to Report
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Good English and Spanish (min B2)
  • Experience in performing year end procedures
  • Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses would be an asset
  • Very good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and team work skills


Responsibilities:

  • Performing period/year end closing activities in Smart Close
  • Preparation and posting of journal entries
  • Preparation of closing reports
  • Preparation of balance sheet accounts reconciliations
  • Fixed Assets accounting
  • Bank accounting
  • Internal and external periodical reporting
  • Creation and update of process documentation
  • Intercompany transactions
