Every day is a chance to learn something new and turn vacation inspiration into exceptional experiences for millions of travelers worldwide.The Manager, Marketing Ops - Programs is responsible for leading and executing marketing programs and initiatives that improve the Marketing production and functionality with the objective of increasing arrivals, tours and VOI sales. The role will be responsible for project management and execution activities in compliance with Project Management Methodologies and best practices which include implementing program action plans and deliverables, stakeholder analysis, risk management, resource alignment, managing program work and teams, developing program communication, tracking cost, business handoff’s, communicating project status to key program members and stakeholders and performing program postmortems. This individual will work closely with cross-functional internal business partners including but not limited to: Contact Center Operations, Business Operations, Digital, Brand, Legal, Strategic Development, IT, Sales Training, Instructional Design, Corp Comm, Sourcing, Procurement, and other corporate teams to deliver programs and required support to Corporate Marketing and Field Marketing Teams. This role may require the individual to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of software applications to validate end to end business flow. This position should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills as this candidate will need to coordinate various activities and communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization including Senior Leadership.
How you will shine:
Project Management: Support all project management activities including: (50% Time)
Program Initiation: Support the creation of a business case and feasibility study to establish a marketing program business value. Create presentation decks to visually display the business case to information and secure buy-in from key stakeholders. Program Planning: Create overall Program scope and Plan (Schedule and Timelines, Milestones, Communication Plan, etc.). Project Execution & Implementation: Track initiatives against timelines, budget, scope, risk, and deliverables. Partner with our other business units to ensure seamless and on time delivery of programs across the enterprise. Provide clear and transparent report outs based on documented Communication Plans (Stakeholder Communications, Status Reports, Project Snapshot, etc.). Supports to manage stakeholder expectations of project deliverables. UAT (User Acceptance Testing): Conduct UAT testing of software applications including the Marketing Website, Journey, Journey Offers, Vendor Portal, and/or any other enterprise-wide software that will impact the Corporate Marketing or Field Marketing process. For any sales specific software and/or applications, the management of UAT teams may be required. This will include collecting feedback and test data, triaging and responding to issues and other feedback, and determining whether the software meets the business requirements. Program Evaluation: Perform audits, identify trends, determine system improvements/impacts, and implement change.
Marketing Content Project Management: Liaison with Brand/Legal/Field to provide necessary approvals for all Corporate and Field marketing prospect facing collateral, infographics, video and media tools. Open all required RoboHead, Jira, and Service Now tickets per marketing initiative. (20% time)
Project Intake, Prioritization, and Backlog Management: Receives and documents initial Corporate Marketing and partnership marketing requests. Ensure proper stakeholders and decision makers are engaged to review and prioritize the request. Manage backlog of program requests and reprioritize initiatives as business evolve. (20% time)
Change Management: Support the successful implementation of each marketing initiative by applying strategies to plan, prepare, and equip individual associates for change across the organization. Monitor and track program adoption rates post launch. Listen to feedback and offer solutions to sustain changes. (10% time)
