Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality technical support to Nordic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness technology products.
Diagnose and resolve a range of technical issues related to fitness applications and wearable devices.
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps while ensuring they understand the solutions provided.
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system.
Collaborate with product teams to share customer feedback and assist in product enhancements.
Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness technology to provide informed assistance and recommendations.

Requirements

Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and a strong command of English.
