  • Accurately document all client interactions and technical issues in the support system.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and contribute ideas for service improvement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and attentive service.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance client support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
  • Familiarity with online media tools and current technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
