Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch technical support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat related to fitness technology products.
  • Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues pertaining to fitness applications and wearable technology.
  • Assist users with troubleshooting steps, ensuring effective communication for optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and solutions in the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with product teams to relay user feedback and facilitate continuous product enhancement.
  • Keep updated on the latest trends and advancements in fitness technology to deliver knowledgeable support.
  • Conduct informative training sessions for customers on how to effectively use fitness technology tools.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and strong proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in the fitness or technology industries.
  • Strong interest in fitness and a good understanding of fitness technologies, devices, and mobile applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively within a team.
