Responsibilities

Provide top-notch technical support to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat related to fitness technology products.
Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues pertaining to fitness applications and wearable technology.
Assist users with troubleshooting steps, ensuring effective communication for optimal customer satisfaction.
Accurately record customer interactions and solutions in the support ticketing system.
Collaborate with product teams to relay user feedback and facilitate continuous product enhancement.

Requirements
