Your responsibilities will include resolving technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing customer experiences with our products. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding technical support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with other departments to escalate intricate technical problems as necessary.
  • Participate in continued education and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support methods.
  • Actively collect customer feedback to promote improvements in product offerings and support services.
  • Assist in mentoring and training new team members by sharing expertise and insights.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and work effectively in a busy environment.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
  • Must be available to work in Athens, Greece.
