Job description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is excited to invite applications for the position of Nordic Speaking Technical Customer Agent in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exemplary technical support to our Nordic-speaking customers, helping them resolve issues and optimize their experience with our products. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that each customer feels supported and valued. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality technical assistance to Nordic-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex challenges.
  • Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
  • Gather feedback from customers to drive improvements in our service delivery.
  • Support the onboarding process for new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English, both spoken and written.
  • A strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Must be eligible to work in Athens, Greece.
