Job description

Zone IT Solutions, a leading provider of resourcing services in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Bid and Tender Response Manager to join our team. As the Bid and Tender Response Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end process of bid and tender responses for our recruitment services.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the bid and tender response process, including identifying, analyzing and understanding client requirements
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather the necessary information and resources needed for the bid and tender response
  • Develop and write compelling proposals and submissions that effectively address client needs and requirements
  • Ensure all bid and tender responses are submitted on time and in accordance with the client's specifications and guidelines
  • Manage and maintain a repository of bid and tender response templates, documents and resources

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in bid and tender response management within the recruitment services industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
