Zone IT Solutions, a leading provider of resourcing services in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Bid and Tender Response Manager to join our team. As the Bid and Tender Response Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end process of bid and tender responses for our recruitment services.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Lead the bid and tender response process, including identifying, analyzing and understanding client requirements
Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather the necessary information and resources needed for the bid and tender response
Develop and write compelling proposals and submissions that effectively address client needs and requirements
Ensure all bid and tender responses are submitted on time and in accordance with the client's specifications and guidelines
Manage and maintain a repository of bid and tender response templates, documents and resources

Requirements:

Prior experience in bid and tender response management within the recruitment services industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
