POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will own all Supply Chain data and data analysis. They will be responsible for cleaning and analyzing data, as well as reporting on key performance indicators (KPI’s) and identifying areas for improvement. The KPI’s will include customer service, warehouse performance, manufacturing supplier performance, customer and supplier contract adherence, cost of goods sold, production schedule adherence, manufacturer and warehouse capacity tracking, and forecast accuracy.
In addition, they will work closely with Procurement and Finance to identify areas of opportunity for cost reductions, and develop and implement plans to exceed gross margin and EBITDA targets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Data analysis:
Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets related to inventory levels, supplier performance, transportation costs, and customer demand to identify trends and patterns.
Performance metrics:
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead times, on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and cost per unit to measure supply chain efficiency.
Cost optimization:
Identifying opportunities to reduce costs throughout the supply chain and provide data to the CS&IL and Procurement teams to support negotiations and optimization of transportation routes and inventory levels.
Demand forecasting:
Utilizing statistical models to predict future demand and ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
Risk management:
Identifying potential disruptions in the supply chain, such as supplier delays or natural disasters, and developing mitigation strategies.
Process improvement:
Analyzing current supply chain processes and recommending improvements to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
Collaboration:
Working with cross-functional teams including procurement, operations, sales, and logistics to implement supply chain improvements.
Reporting and presentation:
Creating comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
· Has a bachelor’s degree in a Supply Chain related field, Statistics, or equivalent.
· Has excellent data manipulation skills, including the creation of forecasting and MRP models in Excel.
· Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Has excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
· Has demonstrated proficiency in supply and production planning within an ERP system.
· Has knowledge of product standard cost development and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment preferred.
· Has excellent Windows and Microsoft Office skills, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Has working knowledge of accounting and reporting information systems is a plus.
· Has strong commitment to company mission and values.
· Is able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component that together comprise the On-Target-Earnings (OTE). Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of equity.
The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is listed below. This range represents the lowest to highest salary range we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of background verification.
$88,500 - $105,000 USD
For full-time salaried or hourly workers, our total rewards package also include the option to enroll in a company-matched 401k plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Employees will also receive a generous PTO benefit with a starting accrual of 15 days per year (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure), two weeks of paid “Refresh” leave, 80 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
