Outsource Access is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant - Recruitment Support to assist our HR team in streamlining the recruitment process. This unique role combines traditional executive assistant duties with targeted recruitment support, making it ideal for someone enthusiastic about human resources and talent acquisition. The successful candidate will play a critical role in attracting top talent and enhancing our recruitment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Recruiter in sourcing and attracting top talent using job portals, social media, and networking channels.
  • Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
  • Maintain and organize candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Create and publish job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
  • Engage with potential candidates through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment processes and documentation.

Requirements

    • Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or administrative support is an advantage.
    • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment tools is a plus.
