Job description

The Lead Generation Specialist/Outbound Operator will be a key player in driving company's growth by leading and executing strategic outreach campaigns to engage key decision-makers in the DTC space. This role demands an exceptional attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to quickly absorb and leverage new technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Lead Database Creation through Web Scraping

  • Use advanced AI tools and web scraping Chrome extensions to build targeted lead databases. The ideal candidate will be proactive in learning and adopting new tech solutions to streamline the process.

Customer Support via Email and LinkedIn Outreach

  • Respond swiftly and professionally to inbound inquiries, managing high volumes of leads across both cold email and LinkedIn automation tools. We expect a quick response time (within 15 minutes) to ensure timely engagement with prospects.

Cold Email Outbound Data Management

  • Oversee the manual execution of email campaigns to optimize our lead database, leveraging platforms like Apollo, FindyMail, and IcyPeas. The role requires meticulous attention to detail in managing the import and export of key data, ensuring accuracy in every step.
    • Work with templated email content to scale outreach efforts effectively.

Optimize Cold Email & LinkedIn Processes

  • After initial training, take full ownership of outbound campaigns, continuously improving email and LinkedIn processes. This includes refining workflows, tracking key metrics, and delivering daily reports on campaign performance to ensure alignment with goals.

Adaptability to New Tech Tools

  • As part of a rapidly evolving tech stack, this role requires someone enthusiastic about learning and integrating new platforms to improve outreach volume and quality.
  • Over time, the Outbound Operator will become a central figure in a high-volume outreach effort, sending tens of thousands of emails and messages daily while maintaining a high standard of execution.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency: Native-level or exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success in the DTC or tech sectors.
  • Campaign Management: Demonstrated expertise in managing high-volume outreach campaigns, achieving and exceeding measurable results.
  • CRM and Tools Expertise: Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and outreach tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.io, with the ability to analyze data and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling, professional messages that engage and resonate with prospects, driving meaningful connections.
  • Organizational Excellence: Strong attention to detail, impeccable organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks, solve problems creatively, and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
