Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to manage our social media platforms to encourage engagement for the Netwitness! This role will focus on building the brand and highlighting the various aspects of our company and showcasing our work culture! Our goal is to have an attractive networking & social media pages that keep the staff excited and informed about the Company initiatives!

Responsibilites:

  • Content creation, including static graphics, videos + copy specific to each platform
  • Posting content focused on our people! Highlighting company growths and achievements
  • Research and conduct daily community monitoring, and engagements (likes, comments, shares) on social media accounts.
  • Stay current with technologies and trends in social media, design, applications, and algorithms
  • Reaching out and connecting to existing employees and gaining feedback on what can be improved on our socials
  • Encourage engagement from employees and encourage them to share on their socials as well

Requirements

  • Currently a student or someone who is open to part-time opportunities (20 hours a week). A degree or diploma in Marketing or a relevant field is encouraged
  • Experience creating creative content for and managing multiple social media platforms - LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
  • Be knowledgeable of relevant online platforms, generating and managing campaigns – LinkedIn, Facebook, IG, Twitter
  • Proactive, flexible, self-motivated, and resourceful
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skill
  • Strong analytical capabilities and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency in WordPress is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics is considered an asset
