Min 2 years practical experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing funnel optimization. Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Passion for the construction industry and a creative mindset.
