We are seeking a Product Enablement Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Product, you will work closely with the Product and Sales teams to ensure the CMMI quality framework is understood and effectively communicated to customers and prospects. Your primary focus will be enabling the Sales team to present scalable CMMI solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and performance improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Enablement & Adoption: Develop scalable enablement resources that help Sales, Customer Success, and Partners effectively articulate and implement CMMI solutions.
  • Sales Support and Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to apply customer and market insights, ensuring CMMI solutions align with business objectives. Leverage standardized enablement resources to guide the development of tailored recommendations while promoting scalable adoption.
  • Solution Design & Execution: Translate customer insights and enablement strategies into tailored pre-sale proposals and post-sale implementation guidance. Ensure CMMI solutions are positioned effectively in proposals while also supporting long-term adoption and business impact.
  • Proposal and Solution Customization: Assist in the development of proposals, ensuring they accurately reflect customer requirements and how CMMI can address their specific needs. This includes developing reusable solution templates to streamline integration and reduce reliance on custom work.
  • Product Documentation: Create clear, concise technical documentation, user guides, and case studies that explain the CMMI framework’s processes, stages, and benefits. Focus on simplifying complex CMMI concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with marketing to produce relevant promotional collateral.
  • Feedback Loop to Product Development: Provide valuable insights and feedback from market-facing teams and customers to inform product development. This will help ensure the CMMI framework evolves in line with customer needs and market demands.
  • Market and Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new developments in quality management. Leverage this knowledge to ensure the CMMI framework remains competitive and relevant.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Collaborate with Sales and Models and Frameworks team to define and track KPIs for adoption, effectiveness, and impact of CMMI solutions
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales enablement, product management, or sales engineering with exposure to quality management frameworks.
  • Knowledge of quality management principle(s) (e.g., CMMI, Six Sigma, ISO standards).
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Willingness to attain a CMMI professional certification within 9-12 months of starting the role.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time (domestic and international).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in quality or process improvement sectors is a plus.
  • Experience with CMMI is preferred.
  • Experience with API development is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new technologies.
