CC Talent is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing testing best practices, writing and executing automated and manual test cases, and working closely with developers to maintain a culture of quality.

Responsibilities:

Test Plan Development – Independently create comprehensive test plans to ensure consistent testing coverage.
Test Case Design – Design exhaustive test cases, including edge cases and stress conditions.
Test Execution – Develop and maintain automated test suites for both front-end and back-end applications. Perform manual and exploratory testing when automation is not feasible.
Defect Documentation – Provide detailed defect documentation to facilitate efficient debugging.
Collaboration with Development Teams – Maintain close communication with developers to resolve issues quickly.
Automated Testing – Develop and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, and UI testing.
Feedback Loop Maintenance – Monitor user feedback and error reports to continuously enhance software quality.
Continuous Learning – Stay updated with industry trends, testing methodologies, and tools, integrating new knowledge into testing strategies.
