Job Description for Back Office Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Use Applied Epic software to manage accounts and create new policies
  • Issue certificates and auto ID cards
  • Process policy renewals and updates
  • Handle administrative tasks related to policy management
  • Maintain accurate client records within the Applied Epic system

Scope

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific
  • No phone calls or video meetings required
  • Focus on back-office administrative tasks
  • Exclusive use of Applied Epic for daily operations
