Your Team

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision, development, and execution of our products, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Role and Responsibilities

Write high-quality tickets with clear, concise, and well-structured requirements, ensuring a good balance of details, division of epics into properly sized smaller tickets, and precise UI instructions.
Utilize strong visualization skills (e.g., creating mock-ups) to clearly communicate ideas and expectations.
Adopt a data-first approach, ensuring fluency in database structures and logic. Engage in continuous collaboration with the data team before making changes.
Ensure rigorous QA processesâno project is released with bugs. Think through dependencies, test thoroughly, and conduct another full QA cycle after fixes.
Manage projects end-to-end, from conceptualization and scoping to stakeholder coordination, execution, and follow-up. Facilitate initial training after project handover, follow up with stakeholders, and plan for ongoing improvements.
Collaborate closely with tech teams by providing immediate feedback in tickets and Slack messages, engaging in detailed discussions during sprint meetings, and refining tickets as needed.
Maintain technical hygiene by proactively addressing small issues, managing technical debt, and designing flexible systems with future scalability in mind.
Prioritize technical resources effectively, ensuring focus on high business-value initiatives and challenging both incoming requests and internal ideas.
Be proactive, do not just act as a service providerâdrive the future direction of Compado with a strong product vision, take initiative, and challenge the status quo.

Requirements

Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and software development processes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership.
Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
